I’m so happy for this sweet couple! They are friends of ours and just this time last year I was shooting the very soon to be big brother. Not too long after that they were emailing me with a “guess what”… They are planning to welcome their 2nd boy at the end of July. Big brother Ashton is excited about it, but he “says” he’s more excited about his 4th birthday that is coming up in August! Here are a few previews from our fun session on Sunday. I had a great time w/Katie and Mack tonight (and geeze Mack, please forgive me for calling you “Matt” the whole time!!! I swear I’m not THE biggest ditz. Well… ). Katie is just glowing as they wait for their little boy to arrive next month. We had planned to do some outdoor shots but even though we “sprung ahead” last night, spring didn’t get the memo! So we shot at the studio instead and have a great time and got some really cute shots of her belly! Hope you guys like the preview. I will be in touch soon with the rest!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Amelia and Lee tonight to photograph her beautiful baby belly! She’s so tiny and is all bump – cute as a button. I had actually met her years ago when I used to sell Tupperware and it was bugging me like crazy to try and figure out where I had met her before. I’m so glad we figured it out! They only have a few more weeks left til their bouncing baby boy arrives and I think they are very ready to be parents! There is no question the baby will beautiful! Just look at these two…

I gotta admit, it’s a little nerve wracking shooting for a former art major/photography teacher/portrait photographer! I hope they didn’t laugh all the way down the driveway and are truly pleased with the results! I wish you both the best of luck with your new roles as parents!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa and Kip tonight to photograph her lovely expectant belly! They are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their baby girl at the end of this month. Lisa makes a beautiful model and I was very proud to be the one to make these memories for them! And I’d like to give a shout out to Michelle for referring Lisa to me!! I am always appreciative of your referrals!!

I would like to personally wish each and every one of you a VERY Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2010!! Thank you for all you have done for my business in 2009. I had such a great time tonight with this sweet couple! Tom is one of my coworkers and his wife Jamie had such a fun and sweet personality! I’m so thankful to have met her! They are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their first baby on New Year’s Eve!! I know that she or he will make an awesome Christmas present for them and will truly bless their family! I hope you guys enjoy these previews! I will get back to you asap with the rest!!

(and a PS – I have a few other sessions from this weekend that I need to preview but I PROMISE to get them up tomorrow!! It’s getting late.., )

I had a really great time with Valerie and Chris and Maddie tonight (and Nana! Nana you make an awesome assistant – do you need a job?). They are getting ready to welcome a sweet baby girl in about 4 weeks or so! We spent a lot of time out in the hot and YAY to them all for being such troopers – especially Valerie!
